The Name
Yes, I'm a girl named Tommy. Not really. It's a nickname that stuck. Unfortunately. I never really used it with my writing before, but after a long meeting with my writing advisor, it was pointed out that having my real name--or any forms of my real name--on the internet with fanfiction, makes it much harder to get published. I'm this close to having an agent and possibly something bought ::fingers crossed as not to jinx self:: and therefore, the change. For legal reasons. No big deal. It's still me. So no plagerism emails. And I'm now a girl named Tommy. Which I've kinda always been. But not really. Because it's the bane of my existence.
As is my sudden fixation on the fragment.
The Bio
There once was a girl. She grew up watching the Disney Channel, especially a show called MMC--talking Damon and DeeDee and Brandon and Rocky times. She developed a deep-seated love for JC Chasez, often watching "Walls of Love" over and over and over...this continued. She found herself needing to know what he was doing. One day she found out that he was in a new group called Nsync. She had to know what their stuff was--had. to. know. So she did. Became obsessed. Sucked friends into her downward spiral. Loved JC. Discovered Lance. Realized Justin had gotten hot.
This girl also loved to write. She studied many things, but it always came back to writing. Even when she worked as an embittered banker or in her current field--a job, not a career--the one constant has remained. Writing. Because she loved it. Okay, tolerated it and happened to be okay at it. And couldn't see herself in a regular nine to five job forever...and yeah, prefers no contact with many stupid humans as to keep her out of prison for going postal.
One day she took two of her loves and fanfiction was born, well for her anyway. This page marks her journey from beginning to wherever it is now. Maybe one day, you'll find her work in a bookstore or watch it on the big screen or read about her in the tabloids when she's caught cheating on her husband, Ben Affleck, with Ryan Gosling.

How old do you look: I'm told I look like i'm in high school, so I'd say 17 or 18?
Shoe Size: 10 (i've got big feet)
Height: 5'7--I'm all torso too. It sucks. I can't wear Capri pants.
Eye Color: They change color--today they're green...tomorrow they might be hazel...
Hair Color: brick red...although I'm thinking of going "chestnut". Don't ask me why, but I want dark brown hair.
Curly or Straight Hair: curly--I wish I had straight hair.

Do you have a Job: Yes. I get paid very well considering I don't do much.
Do you wear Glasses: Yes. I have my "lisa loeb" glasses.
Ever been involved with the Police: Nothing that can be proven.
Who's Your Role Model: Kevin Smith. I heart him. Oh, and george Carlin...sometimes Janeane Garofalo and Dennis Miller.
Style of Clothes do you Wear: I love Old Navy and Lerners...but jeans and teeshirts...strappy tanks. I don't do shorts, but I hate my arms being covered. Go figure.
How many Languages do you Speak: two...well, I used to speak Spanish better when I lived in Spain, but that was a long while ago.
Do you Collect Anything: disney movies. I suck at collections. I'm too lazy. I'm all, "I'm going to collect this stuff..." and then two weeks later I sit around and wonder, "What the hell was I thinking? Do I really want a tube sock collection?"

Day of the Week: Sunday--no work.
Candy: Peppermint Patties, Andes Candies, and Junior Mints--note that they all involve mint and chocolate.
Disney Movie: Beauty and The Beast--makes me weep.
Thing in Your Room: my computer, Gerald, or my stereo
Food: Pizza. Last week I seriously had pizza four days in a row at one point. it's sad.
Restaraunt: Chiles.
Radio Station: Y100 (our alternative rock station), especially the morning show with Preston and Steve.
Ice Cream: Breyers has this kind called Chocolate Rainbow, but alas, I'm not allowed to have chocolate.
Drink: I live on bottled water...but I do enjoy Shirley Temples. Love 'em...or Cherry Ginger Ale or Cherry 7-Up. Basically add Cherry to any drink and I grow to love it.
Thing to do on Weekend: watch movies, go to concerts, sleep in
Season: Fall.
Sport: hockey--Flyers and Phantoms specifically.
Movie of all Time: just one? Jeez. I'm a movie buff...All of Kevin Smith's movies, especially Dogma, Say Anything, Almost Famous, Goonies, Whatever it Takes, '61, Playing by Heart, Broken Hearts Club, American Beauty, Usual Suspects, and the first Scream.
Favorite Hangout place: local diner--Matthey, Sue, and I used to live there--and whenever friends visit, we treat them to the extra-special tap water.
Toppings on Pizza: extra cheese/extra sauce
Sesame Street Character: The Count and I loved when Kermit used to make guest appearences
Favorite subject in school: all my creative writing classes and Constitutional Law
If you could have any Occupation: writer/director/producer...which I *WILL* do

Place to live: I'm going to have an apartment in New York City and a house in Maine.
Did anyone ever buy you something and it wasn't expected: well, Abba just sent me a "New School" sticker that I wasn't expecting. And yes, I'm spoiled and I've gotten plenty in my life that I wasn't expecting.
What Age do you want to get Married: um...what? Marriage? ::Scoffs:: we'll see...I'm not sure yet if I want that.
How many Kids do you Want: um...yeah...Nancy (she's nine) decided to day that I could be mediocre mom of the year someday, but I'm not completely convinced yet. That mommy thing is like permanent, right?
Do you want multiple births: cuz I'm so sure I'd want one...let's have more pain.
