I would like to thank the academy...
Here is my gratuitous outpouring. If I left you out, accept my humblest apologies. It's not that you're not important, but that I don't care. I'm an ingrate. Really. It's not you. Simply: Most of the people I thanked the last time around didn't even read my page...so what good is that?
Hedda: You're the greatest. Thanks so much for hosting me when I had no idea about my own domain or anything like that. Thanks for getting me interested in writing again--I was kinda uninspired and let me tell ya, you've aided me in the inspiration department. Good lord. Orli is beautiful and fun to write for. Heh. Most importantly, thanks for being a great friend. You rule! And you sound so cute on the phone with your Southern Accent whereas I'm the scary Jersey beast.
My sister & Matthey: If it weren't for the two of you, I would never have 1) gotten sucked into the webworld with Not Yer Momma's Npync and 2) ever written Trunk Space (which maybe I should come after them with wooden spoons). You're my best friends. I love you...and no one is more honest/critical of my writing than my sister. For that I love her more than she will know, even when I leave the room in tears screaming, "I suck. I'm no good. I will be living in squalor for the rest of my life."
Steph, Miss Storyteller, Roy, Dick Cheney's main squeeze: You are my fandom partner in crime. Thanks for always listening to me complain and reading every little thing I send you. Together we must be the biggest procrastinators the world has ever seen--brilliant ideas that we sit on and then complain when others do it first. Dammit. You're a great bud and even better cyber daughter. Just think. If you actually do your Michael portion of the story, we could be the Jo & Ryo of the Roswell writing world. ::giggles::
Dana-dude: If it weren't for you, Rhythm and Blues would never have been written...and the numerous grammatical errors that I stumble upon now and then, would've been much, much, much worse without your help. Thank you so much for all your editing and discussions about the development of Laney, Justin, Britney, and Spencer. Everyone should be bowing down to your feet for making me completely rewrite certain chapters--heh--and don't worry, forever will you be immortalized as Laney's cool older sister. You're a great friend and you're going to take law school by storm.
DB: My official researcher. Without you, Natalia would be in a Seattle that is so not real with no place to go! You are a great friend, great researcher, and the greatest Demanding Bitch that I know. You are one of those few people that will pay me the highest compliments with new chapters of "It held my interest" (Heh) and we often have impeccable taste in celebrity boyfriends (minus your Freddie Prinze Jr fixation).
My Lil Freak: Hee-hee. Remember driving through Los Angeles while I read Trunk Space to you? Remember how I told you that you were destined to love Chris? Some could say that I "broke" you, but surely they gest. I see you soon (october 20th, baby). I love you and miss you! Now sell my screenplay, bitch! You've got the connections.
Meesh: I might not have the Broadway Stories up anymore, but they were written all for you. It was fun to write Lance in that overly-dramatic way. And because of you, Steph's fave character in Nsync fanfiction was born--Lymie. Heh. Love ya, nina!
Sarah & Nicki: The original crazy chicas of Nsync fanfiction. If it weren't for the two of you, I would never have written Nsync fanfiction. It's all Sarah's fault. And then Nicki wouldn't let me stop until she had her psycho Joey Story (The Letter) and of course she wanted JC stories all the time. You both hosted Two Weeks when there was nowhere else for it to go. Nicki, you are one of my best friends in the world, my twinnie. I love you, even if you are a cheerleader.
My Online Friends: You know who you are. I love you all. You put up with a lot because I'm rarely available anymore but when we're all around, the fun flies.
To Those That Bother With This Page: Thank you. Thank you for always sending feedback and letting me know what works/what doesn't. Thanks for linking me and pushing me to keep going with this. When I started writing Two Weeks, I had like three people that read it--because I forced them to--and it's odd to know that there are a lot more people out there reading my stuff now. I love it. I'm an insecure writer (aka feedback whore). I appreciate everyone's support and what not. I write because I enjoy it and because I'm not halfway bad at it, but it's nice to know that other people are getting a satisfaction--or at least a good laugh--out of it.
