House Recs

Greg House/James Wilson (These recs come directly from the fic rec community I run with Mare called Polyfannish Rec Whores)

A Differential Diagnosis for Green Silk by Isagel--I like Wilson's understanding of House and his moods and thought processes. Plus, it's hot. The ghost of a smile plays at the corners of Wilson's lips, a familiar mixture of exasperation and amusement. It's the expression he gets when House is exactly as annoying as he's expecting him to be, and normally Greg loves it. Hell, he angles for it, for that subtle feedback signal which says that James knows him better than any person alive, that he enjoys knowing him. Most of the time, there's nothing he wouldn't do to put that look on his friend's face. Right now, it just pisses him off.

Excessive Tape and Major Miracles by Caro--Wilson pulls away from House...for a day, before House gets cranky. "Just." Wilson took a deep breath. "Just everything in my life doesn't have to do with you," he said softly, looking everywhere but at House. "And I wish you'd remember that sometime."

Trivial Pursuits by Milkshake Butterfly--Seduction, House-style. All of which meant that he was completely unprepared when House looked up at him from his cane-twirling one day while they were sitting around House's office waiting for lab results and said, "So, do you think we should go out on a date first, or just cut directly to sex?"

Balances by Milkshake Butterfly--I love dominant Wilson. This story is so hot that it burns my skin if I lean too close to the monitor. "You know, I've never liked you in this yellow," House observed, when they finally broke free. "Really? That's convenient," Wilson said, still oddly casual. Then he leaned in close to House's ear and nibbled at his neck for a moment, breathing hot and heavy before murmuring, in a low, throaty voice, "I'm going to shove you down on the bed and tie you to one of the bedposts."
